The worst ADC to play against, outranges your entire spells with just W and Lethal Tempo. You can only make a play with Flash W + E + R and hope it kills him (which it probably won't because of shieldbow + wits end) Pray you have an assassin in ur team

Champion Build Guide
My name is "Sakuritou" and i was and still am the Nr.1 Cho'Gath in the World in Season 12/13.
I was the only Cho'Gath in Challenger at the end of Season 13 Split 2, ending the split at 1055LP Challenger EUW.
I stream on Twitch where my main focus is to entertain my viewers while simultaniously maintaining high elo on the EUW ladder! (https://www.twitch.tv/sakuritou)
Recently (Feb. 2022) i got quite a bit of popularity for my "Saku Build". Especially on the Cho'Gath Mains Subreddit, where i am trying to teach more players the "way of the Gath". I also shine a good light on the "Roam'Gath" Build, playing it in the highest Elo possible against multiple well-known league titans.
What is the Saku Build exactly and why is it good?: The Saku Build eliminates a lot of weaknesses of Cho'Gath, expecially when it comes to early game. It maximizes the amount of Gold used in Cho'Gaths Kit and gives him better powerspikes.
The "Saku Build" focuses on Hail of Blades and AP Tank efficiency, bringing light to this very old but very awesome Champion!
I have gotten to Challenger with this Build and was also holding Rank 1 Cho'Gath World for quite some time c:
[Q] Rupture:
Predict the enemy movement to increase Q Hit-Rate.
Combo your Q with CC-Abilities from your own Team (For Example: Leona Q)
If the enemy has a lot of mobilty (For Example: Irelia Q), try using ur W before your Q, so she gets silenced and can't Q out of your Q
[W]Feral Scream:
Don't waste this Ability! Use it whenever you need to shutdown an important target. It works best against Bruisers/Assassins, keep it for them.
Don't overuse it early game, the mana-costs are to high.
[E]Vorpal Spikes:
Use it whenever it's off-cooldown when you trade with the enemy. Lvl 1 you want to push the wave with it aswell.
Remember that it is an Auto Attack Reset and it has a small slow, you can use this slow to hit your Q easier!
[R] Feast:
Do not use your Ult before any objective (Herald, Drake, Baron)
If you are sure, you will not kill the enemy champ in the next 20 seconds (when your ult is up) use it on a minion, if you know you can make a play, keep it.
General Tips and Tricks
If you are able to cs well enough, you can get "Lost Chapter" with the minion-wave that grants you Lvl 6. That minion-wave also includes a cannon minion that you can instantly use Feast [R] on which pushes it. I do this almost every single game, if i'm allowed to CS in the early game.
Cho'Gath is insanely good when playing around your jungler.
Cho'Gath offers an insane amount of CC + Damage while maintaining insane objective control with his Ultimate Ability.
You can setup a ton of plays, once you get the hang of his Q.
Cho'Gath's W Ability is one of the most broken abilities in the game. It can deactivate an entire Champion for up to 2 seconds (if they do not have any tenacity). Champions like Riven or Jayce get completly removed by it.
With his E and Liandry he is very good into tanks as well, offering a ton of Max HP Damage
He can survive most lane-phases with his Passive (yes, even the hard ones are "surviveable")
Context to the ratings:
Nightmare: I love the "neon" like blue color he has, it fits him so well.
Darkstar: Let's be honest, its the best overall looking "new" Cho'Gath Skin. The way it evolves, the sound effects and all the new VFX fit it so well.
Gentleman: The voice. Enough said.
Battlecast: Arguably pay to lose Q Animation but EVERYTHING feels so "fluid" together. The E and R Animation especially feel so great to use, i fell in love with it. Also funny dance spam.
Loch'Ness: His most underrated skin, perfect fit for Roam'Gath (River'Gath), basically a slightly worse Nightmare Cho.
Prehistoric: I gotta be honest, no clue why i like it that much but its a very cool theme and looks really well done ingame.
Jurassic: Funny skeleton go brrr
Classic: Honestly, the color still looks really good..
Broken Covenant: REALLY good "looking" skin, feels horrible to use. I hate the Q Animation and the color of the spells. It has such good chromas tho.. also finger bonus.
Shan Hai Scrolls: Arguably the best "looking" skin (also best Splash imo) but i hate the feel of it. Its unusable for me, just because of the Spell Animations.
