Vladimir is very annoying to deal with. You can't do much against him try to farm under tower and ask jungler for ganks.

TP is also good for making plays bot/top.Consider it.
- This is simply a must have.
Laning phase
Ekko isn't strong early so don't expect much. Unless you have ignite.
