Zz'rot Portal- Zzrot portal is generally an item you wouldn't want to build on teemo its a situational item due to the fact that if you're versing someone who is only wanting to split this can be a good counter to them this is also a good option if you want to pressure a lane so you can grab an objectives e.g. placing it on bot lane to create a minion wave that pushes towers while your team pressures baron.

Mercurial Scimitar- Scimitar is another item that you generally don't see much of on teemo this is due to the fact that it's mainly used on adcs because of it's cc removal but ask your self why do ad carries build it ? they are generally squishy so getting stunned would mean instant death, this is the same with teemo if you're versing a heavy cc team but you can also use it to chase with its 50% increased move speed to get that 1 last hit.

Frozen Mallet- Frozen Mallet has been the regular teemo build path in the current meta you don't really see many teemos in higher elo running anything else due to the fact of its passive working so well with teemos move speed and base damage this can still be built within the build specified but i would only generally build it if they have champions such as Darius, Miss Fortune, Karma, etc champions that generally don't have many escapes and adding the slows with teemos move speed really makes them easy targets.

Guinsoo's Rageblade- Rageblade is an item that you would build on 90% of champions that use attack speed as their main source of damage this is due to the fact that you can stack it up so much faster, Teemos passive allows him to have increased attack speed when he pops out of stealth this is also great when you're pushing and adding pressure to enemy teams this becomes an even better option when you're up against heavy tanks where you would build rageblade and bork and see their hp melt away instantly.

Sterakss Gage- Steraks is yet another item you typically don't see in the meta anymore but it can still be used on teemo, due to his low hp early on you can use steraks to your advantage against heavy damage burst type champions such as Illaoi, Darius, Gangplank, Cho'Gath etc anyone that can deal alot of damage to you with a short amount of time or with a small combo of theirs this will let you stand on solid ground when you're face to face against them in melee range combat.

The Black Cleaver- The black cleaver is a nice item to have especially if you're with a full ad team you can build a phage early to increase your move speed when you're in lane and keep it as is and when you start grouping up and getting together for team fights you can build it up to increased the damage your ad champs deal this is super beneficial for adcs which means you'll be building a 'support' type where you will be focusing on champions that your adc is hitting to increased their damage.

Ninja Tabi- In the current meta we are seeing alot of auto heavy champs being used these include, Irelia, Twitch, Yi, Caitlyn, Fiora, olaf etc being used Ninja tabi is generally used to reduce your damage taken from their autos as well as provide you with slight armor when you are looking to team fight.

Randuin's Omen- Same as ninja tabi you would want to build omen when there are alot of auto type champions in play i would especially build this against champs who stack crit rate #1 being Yasuo, 2nd being cait as this will reduce their damage by a large margin but this will also allow you to tank up and provide your team with a slow if you are going to flank the enemy team.

hey i haven't posted my new guide for teemo yet but i'm currently testing it out the best way to counter champs such as panth and rumble which are top counter pick for teemo is using another build just do the following:
for your masteries change the fervor to thunderlords so 12/18/0 you can check my masteries if you want its labeled as trial teemo
then for your first item rush hextech reolver and abuse your thunderlords by auto attacking to activete revolver then and hitting q this would allow you to proc thunderlords while taking very little poke try to use it to your advantage when rumble is over heating and can't use shield for panth try to play the same way but play safer till you reach level 6 as if he uses w you can place a shroom under him dont upgrade the revolver until you get nashors and visage if you're ahead get nashors hurricane visage then build the gunblade hope this helps =]

glad you liked it i've done alot of testing to get this far there will be a new build/guide coming soon by me for teemo basically giving you a counter to your main counters such as panth and jayce just doing some testing right now

this is focused more around utility as ridin has stated but shrooms base damage are fairly high even at level 6 which can be a pain and i normally use shrooms for pushing/vision but harass as well =] and thanks its the most viewed teemo guide :D

usually for a hybrid build Teemo the mushrooms are more for utility.

deathfire won't allow you to poke as much under turret but its decent if you're planning to run a shrooming teemo for the extra damage but i still prefer fervor since im a bruiser type teemo

the ap start is the core of the build. building nashors as a first item while having ap masteries/runes will show that you'll most likely be going ap teemo add a hurricane and it still dosen't give away that you're planning to build an ie or go ad the hurricane now gives 30% critical strike which i like to use to my advantage add it with the already 20% crit strike from ie and that gives you 50% which is more than enough to throw your opponent off if they are stacking MR to counter you and the mid laner. the lord doms is just for late game if needed, i dont get behind much when i play teemo because i understand what to do in the situation ive been given as i consider myself well known to how teemo plays and how to abuse every aspect of his kit especially stealth passive but my playstyle is very random as not many people agree with it but i will post some videos to help i guess and some match history but it'll take some time to gather all the stuff i need but be on the look out for it. And 1 final thing you should try the build as you seem to be a teemo who understands how to actually play him well if your guide is doing so well and you're in diamond (i haven't been there so i dont know how it works some evidence would be nice win or lose just to see how it does in higher tier <3) and i'm in gold (reached plat 4 maximum and then i went downhill by playing fill keheheh) so i don't know how it would do in the higher tiers but if i reach there then i guess my build works for me =]. thanks for the comment tho ;P alot of people consider your teemo the 'ideal' way to play teemo
