After reaching lv. 2 you should often try to catch your enemy with your E and Q
after you get your Tear and a giants belt you could play more agressive because without the tear is singed very fast out of mana. Try to get often ganks from your jungler because its actually a free kill top lane after your enemy pops his escape summenorspell and your E makes it near impossible to let him escape after your jungler gank your lane the 2nd time. I personally like it to play with Jax in the Jungle and singed top lane.
Then in Mid game you really have to engage because you should be the one with the most health and armor / m. resist and better dont wait until someone at their team engage (with ur ult and Ghost you are unstopable :D) Also try to help Bot with your teleport and dont use it just to come back to lane.
In teamfight you should focus their ADC cause their team should be not able to do anything against that because your just to fast!
