Kled is Kled, you really cannot fight this champion because of his mobility and his pet's health. He is really good at abusing tanks early and making them cry because you don't have much of a choice but to play from under your turret

When you are looking for any type of synergy in a champ look at what your champ is meant to do and what they are meant to do.
So, Xin is a heavy burst and sustain champ so when you are looking to team fight with him make sure you are the first one into the battle and if he needs you to ult to for more sustain then by all means do so.

Do they need a split pusher? Look for the windows to do the split pushing and take them turrets.
Do they some one to peel? Look for the opertunity to head into a team fight and make the enemy team regret the fight they chose.
Do they need someone to roam? Look to use your ult to run into a lane, and cc lock the champion that is the most danger. But never roam when your Teleport on on cooldown because you will loose a turret or two for that mistake.

When to use Teleport?
The reason why you take teleport is so that you are able to get into lane faster,needing to catch the wave you left because of a bad trade you made,securing a kill with your jungler,getting back to lane to save your jungler. The uses of Teleport is unlimited and defining what you need to use the teleport for is key in the game, for the first 14 minutes if you are looking to help secure dragon thats on the other side of the map of top lane you want to save your teleport and then use it to get back into the lane after taking drake, or if you looked to help your team win a teamfight within the first 14 then look to use it to get back into lane to not lose any platings. But after the first initial 14 minutes of the game you have unleashed teleport which know becomes more useful to the team, being that you would know use the teleport to help fully secure drakes, or to help secure baron. Teleport at this point is meant to help you specificly get back onto the map so that your team can secure objectives when they are in need of you.

Watching Vod's may be boring and I get that I have trouble paying attention to the Vod's but when you actually watch them you do learn a lot form them. You could learn how to use the ability what makes an ability so useful, how do to a combo with ability's, and summoner spell. Like the horrizon isnt the limit when you can watch Vod's of pro players
