Introduction
An Offtank Guide.
Dont worry I already noticied that on patch 4.21 they would nerf the skrimisher sable and the devourer enchantment dont worry, I would update my build as soon as I test all the jungle items on skarner.Because also I heard that the counterjungling item would be buffed so probably it could be the new best item for skarner, as I said I´ll test all the jungle items and make the build with the most useful for skarner.
The reason why I made those masteries to defensive its because as you can see the new jungle hits really hard, so thats why.
Well talking about jungling, for me I normally wait till level 6 to have the same KP(kill potential) as a Warwick gank with the ultimate, but if you want to gank earlier for any reason, you should wait till level 4 to have your 3 abilities and the q upgraded to lvl 2.
Now talking about the counter-jungle, well as skarner you got a nice damage in early and mid game, so if you know that you can 1v1 to the enemy jungle-Go for him! , just ask your teammates to push or be attentive to any movement the lanes have, because the normal reaction are the same for high-elo and low-elo, that if they can help receiving a kill or an assist they inmediately go, well thats what I almost see on every cases, so becareful because if you dont have a good early or mid game(if you die), forget about your damage on late game, I personally dont like counter.jungling, for me thats to tryhard and also to risky, but you can definetely try it.

-You really got a nice hybrid damage.
-You are an acceptable tank.(Imagine you as a trundle, but with hybrid damage, with this I mean that with just two tank items you become a nice tank)
-You can destroy anyone who doesnt got more than 1 or 2 tank items.
-You got all you need.
Cons
-If you dont have a top or support tanky, this build probably would need to be modified to get a tank on the team, "you".
-With this build you are not the invencible tank.
-Well a trouble I found out is that you need to start the teamfights with your ultimate and as your not so tank probably you can get killed while you´re doing it.
