★ Glacial Augment is one of the best runes for Seraphine, enabling her to proc Beat Drop's secondary root very easily, keeping enemies locked down for long periods of time. This also helps you hit your other skill shots, High Note being akin to Neeko's Blooming Burst, and Encore being like Sona's Crescendo. It also makes Hextech GLP-800 create a slowing field when it comes in contact with a champion, which slows other enemies when they collide with it.
