Introduction

I main Talon and have allot of fun doing so. Talon is not a champion that you want to try and balance out so much as you want to focus on what he already does well: Assassinating squishy people and by the time you get to end game (finished or close to a finished build) you will be able to 1v2 many of the tanks and brawlers that gave you a hard time at the start. Revenge is sweet Mwahaha. Many players believe that Talon drops off late game but that is not true. He actually picks up late game.

[Note] the builds work the same whether you are playing Mid or Top. Talon is a great champion for either lane. Also I recommend trying out all the Example builds to see what works best for your play style.

Farming

I'll keep this short and comprehensive; get Ravenous Hydra and Boots as your first two finished Items and lane hard. Your goal should be around 175-200 creeps. If you can pull that off you will do well.

Summary (Attacking)

Early game you want to poke them with your "W" and focus on farming. Do this until you hit Level 3 and its time for you to get your first blood. level 2 you should have picked up your "E" (Gap Closer) and level 3 you Grab your best friend and "Q" Noxian Diplomacy. When you are ready to assassinate an enemy champion you "E" behind them and use your Noxian Diplomacy now what we do may vary.

If the enemy champion took enough damage and is trying to Escape:

You stay ahead of them (remember your cutthroat placed you behind them) attacking in between clicking ahead of them, many times you can use Noxian again here. It won't take long for them to try and flash away...when they do fire your Rake at them. Trust me they do not survive this.

If the enemy champion Stands their Ground:

If they stand their ground then you Rake up close in their face to activate your passive which does 10% more damage to champions who are slowed stunned etc. Continue auto attacking while spamming your Noxian whenever its up. If you have your Ult its best to Cutthroat in use Noxian then Ult and Rake to cap off your burst then begin auto attacking again if necessary.
