Introduction
I created this build because I see too many talon players build berserker's greaves and AS/Lifesteal/Crit chance/Triforce. These should not be built on Talon (besides a little lifesteal). Talon is not a DPS champ, he's an assassin with a kit made for going in and out of a fight quickly. With this build, you should be bursting AP mids with ease. Talon is not a go-to laner. He can usually screw your team over if your top isn't Kennen, Vlad, Nidalee, etc.
