༉‧₊˚. hi! im a neeko 1trick and ive been playing neeko since she came out!
- in early season 12, i was trying her in other lanes. this started with jungle, glacial support, pta adc and i also tried a teemo build top. one day i decided to play her engage support and it worked. the next few games i tried her toplane and loved it. here i am now in master still maining neeko top. anything can make it to master if you try hard enough

how to lane as neeko
level 1
you will usually take e first. look to grab your first 3 minion with e and stun at the same time. try poke your lane opponent with grasp autos (do this whenever possible) and try get as much gold possible. gold is important on neeko.
level 2
when you get your q, start comboing when you need and only q the wave when necissary. you dont have as much mana as normal. never risk q-ing without e early since you will lack mana with the main build.
level 3
start using your empowered autos on your oponent for good poke and when comboing auto attack 3 times so that you can prock your Ws passive. you can look to help midlane/jungler with your W + stun
level 6
by now you should have backed once or twice and gotten a kill or assist somewhere. with your ult, you can look to all in and towerdive with your shield. i know this is easier said than done and took me a while to learn on neeko. if you take heartsteel first your hp will help you.
help objectives when they are up. you are good poke, sustain and cc at this point in the game. neekos early is insane.

after laning 14m.
depending on your oponent you will stay or leave lane. if you are playing against a sidelaner, you will stay and farm and bully your opponent. demolish shouldve gotten your tower or try blag a rift from your jgler. if you have already lost your tower, play sidelaner bot if they have roamed mid. if you cant go top or bot, go mid. in mid you will focus on getting kills or farm from the enemy jungle. again help objectives when they are up ALWAYS. you struggle a bit midgame since this build puts you behind
20-30min +
late game
by now you should have boots, mythic and almost demonic (or nash if you build it) if youre a litte behind, just sidelane. your w passive, demolish and nash if you have it lets you melt towers and you can easily run away if you are in danger. you should also be having a fight for baron around this time.your ult is powerful if you group and you want to stand in front of your allies and tank as much as possible, retreating to the backlines to play mage if you drop too low. your cc is strong and you are tanky. if you get baron push and win, if you lose, shove out every lane and defend.
if you didnt get baron
youll probably lose. harsh but thats how master games are, if you manage to defend you will wait for baron to be back up and take dragons when available. try pick a kill from any sidelaners or punishing warding supports who are too far from their allies.
if you somehow didnt end
keep shoving out your lanes and pushing. you should be even higher in gold and make sure you get drake. you will be high advantaged and tanky with heartsteel now. most people will ff here or once they lost baron though.
if you lose lane. it happens
if you lose lane, lose turret early or got ganked too many times, your lane isnt over. id reccomend you build more ap here to help you get back into the game. try and be supportive for your winning lanes by stunning and bodyblocking skills for them. if youre down a few drakes and baron.. just ff
