This champ can close gaps fast and block basically all of your abilities with windwall. Yasuo is a very hard matchup for Seraphine like most mages.
Samira
Probably the worst ADC you can possibly lane against as a support. She has blade whirl which is essentially yasuo windwall.
Blitzcrank
Blitzcrank is a champ in which you can dominate against in lane, but one slip up and you will instantly die from one pull. Must play behind minions and be aware of potential openings to getting pulled. He also has an ilt that negates Seraphine shield.
Nautilus
similar to Blitzcrank
Brand
You both do a lot of poke and damage. Make sure to win against him as it will be whoever is most fed. He can one shot you and vice versa.
Draven
Hes draven... he does a lot of damage. Just poke him and you win. your kit destroys draven players, just dont get too close.
Caitlyn
Very far range, it is hard to poke caitlyn but your attack range passive should be good enough to poke with. you can use W if you potentially get trapped to lessen the headshot damage. you can definitely easily beat in lane with ult and flash and E.
Ezreal
Hes a slippery champ but as long as hes not fed you shouldn't worry too much about an Ezreal. Just try to predict and hit your stuns and hes pretty much dead.
Jhin
You murder jhins. Just W their traps. you out range with the passive. Just kite back when they have 4th shot and youre set. Jhins are way too slow for you not to be able to stun as much as you want.
Lux
You are basically at war. Lux mains play seraphine. its all about dodging in a lane with lux. She also has to worry about you too as you both have full combos and poke. Try to bait out the Lux Qs and then go in for a poke... just keep doing that on a loop. DO NOT GET HIT BY A STUN.
Morgana
Black shield is broken and so is her Q. Try to bait out the black shield and then go in for a stun or combo play. Morgana stun will always be the best so make sure you dodge them all.
Pantheon
For god sake why does he exist. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE. If you get hit by a stun you will get murdered assuming he is building lethality. He will poke with Q but try to dodge and out poke him... never all in when he has abilities up.
Pyke
Pyke like panth will murder you. Stay under turret and poke. Do not get pulled cause you will insta die. but if you can dodge well you will win lane. especially after level six you can bait out his abilities and all in. Watch out for pyke ult.
Senna
possibly out pokes you. Senna has nasty range and crazy healing from q. try trading but it'll be hard. if you get a stun... all in her because she will escape and kill you. Kill her when you get the chance. make sure you hit an E and then R.
Sivir
A good sivir will shield at the right time and you'll just be a mana machine for her. Get the shield out of the way and you'll win lane easy with poke.
Sona
You out poke sona early to mid game, but Sona is still the OG. Ult and a q will **** you up so beware.
Soraka
Soraka mains should die. Try going for pokes but soraka will out heal you by a ton. She will silence you so you can poke and then Q you to gain her health back. Shes a nnoying so try going for a full burst 1 shot kill.
Swain
Paired with the right ADC, swain is the most annoying support matchup in the world. He is mega tanky for you to one shot him in a full combo plus ignite. He has a great pull stun. Realistically he pokes better than even you. Just try not to get stunned cause you will have a bad time.
Veigar
Out of your many stuns and charm all veigar needs to do is cage you and you will die in one combo. He is a pain to deal with. just try to out poke and stay safely backed off. One stun can ruin your lane. He will burst you faster than you can to him.
Vel'Koz
Your W gives you so much movement speed to dodge all of his skill shots. You out poke and out sustain in lane. just pressure him
Xerath
He is so far ranged you can't trade with him easily. He will 100% keep harrassing you. Honestly i hate xeraths but what can you do. Just survive and you can kill him later in team fights as you are a 100% greater team fight champ.
Yuumi
Literally nothing. Just keep harrassing the person shes attached to. You poke too much for the amount of heals she gives. Then just all in with ult and she'll have no option but to flee from the ADC.

Dodge, dodge, dodge
Zilean
God his revive is so OP. But in all honesty just don't get stunned and you're good. Your poke is way better than his and you can land stuns way more easily. but don't all in when he has revive and you know you can barely win a fight. Only all in when minion wave is pushed into your turret.
Zoe
Who ever lands a stun first. As electrocute Seraphine you can land one stun and full combo burst zoe. But so can zoe. Its just a game of who can cc who.
Amumu
A good amumu will out jungle you greatly. but you have better stun and range. Just dont get Q'd
Annie
A literal one shot machine... Just stay very far from her when she has stun up.
Ekko
he can dodge your stuns and most abilities. He can gap close and murder you. He also has a broken ult. If you all in him it wont be fast enough to murder him.. he will just ult back in time and now your stranded in a duel with ekko with absolutely no stun.
Evelynn
****ing run... she will full murder you.
Fizz
A good fizz is extremely good at dodging your initial stun. try to catch him with any stun but play smart.

Its so broken. Ashe R combined with your stun and R will perma CC lock anyone. ashe slow is super useful to land poke without the enemy dodging them.

They are like perfect for each other. The missiles on kai'sa match with Seraphines music note auto attacks. This causes some very deadly poke. The burst combo potential is nuts with both of them.
