This build is to optimize adaptability, get a lead in kills AND cs, and to take objectives the second they spawn. The important part of this build is to determine once you build your sheen whether you are going into Lich and AP or Tri-Force and AD. You will scale incredibly well either way and be able to control the game by being versatile in your build as the game develops. With max cd both paths, and serious stacking damage, you should fear no jungler on the rift.
