This build gives you over 530 atk dmg and 2.3 atk speed also 430 mvs in 30 mins of game(the full build). I recommend you to got top with noc as its gives you more 1v1 battles and faster cs too. I get penta kills often with this build and my win rate with this build is 70%+. The 40 cdr saves you the time to use w often.Also, the sweet thing is the R cdr goes to 60sec. So, you can cover large area very frequently. This is the perfect balanced build with life 2800+ and def 106 as well to sustain dmg. Be careful when you use your W while ganking and always target the adc with your R. Do
