Champion Build Guide
How to use the Item Guide
First ask yourself am i facing heavy tanks? If so then see the BORK and Krakenslayer route. If you aren't facing lots of heavy tanks, next ask yourself if your team is too squishy? If so then build the recommended tanky route. If your team needs damage then go with the shieldbow option.
If you are building the standard tankier path, but decide half way through that you want to go with more damage, then pick the eclipse build!
I like having a full predetermined build rather then deciding between items on the fly in the middle of a game. Sometimes you might get distracted from your build to counter the fed enemy and it will overall hurt you more by deviating away from the recommended items.

Early Game
Only when facing melee champions is your level 1 extremely strong. If this is the case, dont be afraid to all in at level 1. Against ranged matchups, avoid getting poked until level 2. At level 2 and 3 you are strong enough to trade with ranged matchups.
Only trade when your shield passive is ready or close to being ready. Yasuo is very gankable, so make sure you freeze waves close to your tower as much as possible. Avoid hitting minions with your tornado when you can as it will dirsupt your wave management.

Mid Game
At level 6, if you have a strong knockup synergy on your team, look to rotate to them for a gank. Or if your jungler has a knockup, ping them and let them know it is a good time to gank.
Dont ult hard CC enemies under their turret. Using e -> q3 is much more reliable to hit a knockup rather then trying to aim your tornado. Because of this, try and avoid using your e on the enemy until this point.

Late game
Split push and then join your team at objectives as you have strong utility in team fights. If you are split pushing and nobody is contesting you then keep going for turrets! Be mindful when you dont see enemies on the map that they may be on their way to kill you.
Make sure when you engage in a teamfight that you have good positioning so you can have a nice windwall placement, and you also wont get picked off by CC on the other team. You need to try and get your ult off on as many people as you can before you die.

Yasuo Backup Champs
My champ pool is Yasuo, Yone, and Sett. I always pick yasuo if he is available. When Yasuo is banned, I pick Yone. When Yasuo is picked, I pick Sett and smash Yasuo's face in for taking my pick and the yasuo emote on them after.
Backup Role
My main role is mid lane. My second pick is ADC. If I want to mess around and have some fun then I will play top lane. The champ pool remains the same in ADC and top lane; yasuo, yone, and sett.
Who to Ban
Mid lane - Malzahar
Bot lane - Senna
Top lane - Darius

Why I decided to main Yas
These are the reasons why i decided to main Yasuo mid lane after considering other champs and lanes. Fun. Lots of kills, carry, utility, scaling, play any lane, fast wave clear, satisfying low cooldown q, mobility, kiting, outplay potential, high skill cap, impact the whole map, splitpush, contest when outnumbered.
My Yas Experience
Sorry to break your heart, but I am low elo as I am very young in my Yasuo and LOL career. I have constructed this guide based off my research on best Yas builds and my personal interest on how I want to build my champion.
The tankier options are nice for me because as I still am learning yas, so it is more forgiving if you get caught out of position as you can now take some damage. Squishy Yasuo dies fast and can give up leads when caught out of position.
