Aim
The aim of this build is to increase the strength of Camille's shield (the cooldown is capped at 10 seconds from level 13) by building health, yet still have a high damage output. Simply put, increasing damage by increasing health for a stronger passive shield.
Maths
Total passive shield at level 18 = 3771 * 20% = 754 armor or magic shield
754 shield every 10 seconds when you auto attacking an enemy champion.
