This synergy is really good. Thresh's grabs always proc samira's passive when she attack the stunned enemy and since Samira needs to close gaps with enemies, the combo Q + E is quite a must.

Champion Build Guide
Why Thresh?
Thresh has one of the hardest kit in the game and if you are good at it, you can literally carry a teamfight with your CCs and Stuns
Pros / Cons
PROS:
- High CCs kit
- Variable Mythic
- Good Outplay Kit
- Not Interruptible Q Cast
- Not much predictable
CONS:
- Q Cast Delay
- Hard Combos
- Need Coordination with your teammates
Mythic Item
The Shurelya's Battlesong
is really good for Thresh since give all the stats that Thresh needs.
The Evenshroud
is also good but only for Tank Thresh.
The Locket of the Iron Solari
is good against Burst champs.
I personally prefere the Shurelya since it gives a lot of good stats to Thresh.
