Early Game

This build works relatively well against the current top lane tank meta. I generally lean towards starting phage and either finishing Tri-Force or starting on titanic so that you acquire some scaling damage. You may get bullied early game, which is normal for this build, but as long as your cs is sub-par, the mid game on this is superb. The only thing you should acknowledge is that you have little armor and mr, so you have to watch out for getting bursted or poked down to heavily.

Mid Game

By mid game, I would recommend having your Tri-Force and Sterak's Gage/Titanic Hydra completed with full boots for tp ganks and flash silences more frequently. If you feel like you need more cdr, you could buy a Kindlegem at this time, but finish your Sterak's Gage/Titanic Hydra before getting Spirits Visage.

Late Game

Congrats, you are probably criting for around 1,500 with your q due to Tri-Force. You shouldn't have any problems tanking for your front line and silencing any carrys that are getting in the way of victory. Enjoy!
