Hail of Blades Hail of Blades helps Kai'sa duel very well. This keystone is by far the best one for Kai'Sa at the moment since it helps u proc your passive and deal a high DPS with your three attack proc. Taste of Blood This rune allows you too trade well while healing a bit of amount back. Eyeball Collection Eyeball Collection gives kai'sa attack power when Kai'sa joins the kill Ravenous Hunter This rune is by far the best healing tool other than Bloodline since you cant really good bloodline in this tree. This rune helps you with trades in mid late game as it will help you heal up through your abilities and attacks. Magical Footwear Choosing this allows you too not spend any gold on buying boots which in my opinion is the right choice since there are key items that you really need in early phase. So that being said, getting a free worth of 300 g is essenstial. Biscuit Delivery Biscuits are really good for early laning phase since it gives u survivabilty and more chances too continue trading in lane whilst not wasting that much mana and hp Attack Speed Offense 10% Attack Speed Adaptive Force Offense 9 Adaptive (5.4 AD or 9 AP) Shield Flex 6 Armor

Crown of the Shattered Queen - In update 11.24 Kai'sa got a little boost if she goes in the direction of ability power - 3 equipment Crown of the Shattered Queen + Nashor's Tooth + Muramana is the reason that brought her back- At the beginning of the game, Kai'Sa needs to equip Manamune to upgrade his Q. After that, you need to increase attack speed and ability power when you gain Nashor's Tooth and Crown of the Shattered Queen to upgrade her W and E skills.- Crown of the Shattered Queen is an indispensable equipment in the 3 faction items. With 75% damage reduction and 600 mana from Crown of the Shattered Queen interacts very well with Manamune. From here, Kai'Sa's survivability, attack speed, ability power, and skill damage increase will be increased.

Phantom Dancer Phantom Dancer gives great sustained damage for teamfights since it gives a ton of attack speed. It also synergizes really well with Hail of Blades, as it’s passive triggers. Phantom Dancer’s movement speed also helps you stick on to opponents well.

Wit's End Wit's End: Because of akshan's high attack speed combined with Rageblade it might be a good idea to build Wit's End What makes Wit's End good is that it deals bonus magic damage which makes a huge difference. You might ask yourself why that is a big deal Guinsoo's Rageblade gains 3 unique passives, one is has "15% Magic Penetration" the other is "Deal an additional 15 magic damage on-hit" and the third is of course "Every third basic attack triggers on-hit effect an addtional time" this makes it so you will deal massive amount of Magic damage on their tanks that might build full armor towards you

Infinity Edge Infinity Edge: Won't be used in this build because of Infinity Edge Unique passive that counter Guinsoo's Rageblade passive. However, there is a build path that goes Kraken Slayer, Phantom Dancer and Infinity Edge which works really well also for akshan, giving his that big 3 item spike after completing Infinity Edge

Lord Dominik's Regards Lord Dominik's Regards: In most scenarios, Lord Dominik's Regards won't be needed.However, if their team is really heavy armor reliant, such as Ezreal Frozen Heart ADC, Tank support, tanky Jungler and tanky Top laner, Lord Dominik's Regards could grow to be useful. On top of that it grants a great 35 pure Attack Damage boost

Runaan's Hurricane Runaan's Hurricane: Gives a heck ton of attack speed for late game teamfights and essentially TRIPLES on-hit effectiveness when the enemy team is clumped up together.

Nashor's Tooth Nashor's Tooth: As it provides a lot more magic damage on hit and also both your W- Void Seeker and E- Supercharge evolves. This build is great with teams that are basically all AD so the enemy team can't itemize against magic damage and can't afford to build any magic resist.

Zhonya's Hourglass Zhonya's Hourglass as it gives good enough AP while also having an extremely good active. has pure AD that boost your damage and also gain a huge amount of armor. The unique passive is one of the most powerful item passive in the game. After the assassin used their ultimate on you they will need to kill you again but this time without it. By the time you get back to life their Assassin might be dead already. I recommand this item vs: Rengar Zed Kha'Zix Kayn Viego and Nocturne

Blade of the Ruined King Blade of the Ruined King: Blade of the Ruined King is one of the core item for Kai'Sa It grants Physical Damage and Attack Speed which are both great stats, but the important is the passive and life steal from Blade of the Ruined King The passive grants her a huge damage boost combined with Guinsoo's Rageblade and the life steal from Blade of the Ruined King makes Kai'Sa laning much easier. The active is a crucial part of Blade of the Ruined King The active deals 100 Magic Damage to an enemy champion and steals 25% Movement Speed from the target for 3 seconds. The movement speed helps him in skirmishes and 1v1s vs melees by kiting and also grants him a higher chance to dodge certain abilities which gives an edge in the skirmish. The raw Magic Damage from the active is not too bad either, even when you are vs a range and nothing to dodge, it could still be useful as it is an instant cast.

Bloodthirster Bloodthirster: Gives a bunch of AD and a whopping 20% extra lifesteal. As said earlier in the runes section, with Legend: Bloodline Kai'Sa gets up to 40% lifesteal! The passive shield gives you even more survivability in teamfights. If you get to this three item spike, you are essentially unkillable.

How To Play Kai'sa
Early Game+ Play safe for the first few levels. You need time to come online and you shouldn’t be fighting unless you have a clear early advantage (like an engage Support). + Once you have a few levels under your belt, you can start to look for aggressive plays. You benefit from extended trades, so try to go for them frequently . + After destroying the bottom lane tower, rotate to the mid lane and try to take that tower. This will open up the map and give your team a gold lead . Mid Game+ Stay with your Support throughout the mid-game. If you move away from them, you will be an easy target for the enemy. Make sure you’re always near at least 1 ally. + Group and stay with your team at all times. Do not split push or avoid grouping unless you have a good reason to be away from them + Look for picks with your Support/Jungler to get kills and increase your lead. If you kill a key target, you could make the call for Baron. |

Late Game+ Once Kai'Sa gets three points in her Ultimate R- Killer Instinct she will have a massive shield and can reposition instantly if things go awry during fights.+ At level 13, She will have two abilities wholly maxed out. This means her damage output with her Q- Icathian Rain and her peel potential with her E- Supercharge will be massive.+ It is important that you stick with your team in the late game. Do not move around the map or go anywhere unless someone is with you. + Stand towards the back end of your team near your Support. Avoid walking too far away from anyone in the late game. Getting caught out will result in the enemy being able to push their advantage and finish the game. + Watch your positioning in the late game. Focus on kiting and auto-attacking the nearest enemy champion. Avoid walking too far forward so you do not get caught out and focused by the enemy + Use R- Killer Instinct wisely, or you will die. what you need to do in teamfight is live as long as you can |
