HOW TO DARK HARVEST
The point is simple, Vel is an extremely powerfull champ. with so little can do so much (only with the passive) and it is what u whant.
using the correctly the passive u can be able to gaine an important advantage and the dark harvest will make it even easier with the time.
this build is for a very powerfull carry lane, less defense tha usual that will provide ad horrendous ammont of damage.
IT IS NOT A 1V9 BUILD
basicali VEL CAN'T 1v9, but will be enough have a teammate the will keep the enemy attention for a bit and the job will maybe not be easy but surerly it will work.
