BEFORE YOU READ THIS GUIDE JUST LISTEN TO THIS TO GET HYPED UP!
Today ill be showing you how to play Yi in URF!
Now i get it , why play a noob champ?Well to answer that question Yi is super fun to play in URF because of his low alpha strike CD and in this guide ill be showing you how to fully take advantage of his
Alpha Strike ability and almost one shot everyone!
Runes
Alpha Strike ! Keep in mind if you dont have any crit damage runes , you can use any ad runes as a replacement
Masteries
Double Edged Sword
with
Natural Talent
Sorcery
Assassin
Merciless
and
Bounty Hunter
for more damage and warlords bloodlust for lifesteal.
Items
Infinity Edge is a must have on yi because it gives an extra 50% crit damage , combine this with your crit damage runes and you will be dealing 296% crit damage almost 300% crit damage on your critical strikes instead of 200% or 250% . Statikk Shiv Is great here because the critcal damage you gain scales with the shock damage and Trinity Force will grant a bit more damage on your basic attacks thanks to the spell blade passive. Lord Dominik's Regards is also great here since you ignore 45% of there armor and if nobody is building armor you will be basically dealing true damage and if someone has more health than you , you can deal more damage. Any other items that give crit strike or damage is perfect for yi. Also we take a our ad jungle item because its gives the most ad with the lowest amount of gold and helps you jungle.
WHY CRIT DAMAGE AND AD????
How to make this work
Infinity Edge , but putting that aside yi can clear jungle camps very quick and can lane well so if you're getting harrased allot just jungle for about a minute or 2 and you will be gaining more gold and xp than anyone else. Also in the start you can easily gain ann extra level by farming any jungle camp provided you have Hunter's Machete .
Team fights
Once you're full build...........
Alpha Strike damage might look like something close to thisso you will be dealing over 1000+ damage to 4 people with a super low cooldown provided you have 100% critical chance . So all you really gotta do is q auto 2 times and q again for an easy penta! :)
