I could buy the Neon Strike Vi if I wanted to but I think it more looks like a frog or something...
However the classic is just BAD ***!!!!!! I hope Riot will give a new skin out for Vi because in my opinion the Neon Strike Vi doesn't worth the money.

Vi is a really good counter in top lane agents heavy tanks like Mundo or Cho Gath, she can win a 1v1 fight agents even Darius if you well play play it. However always be careful if the enemy has long time fear or stun like Warwick and Fidlesticks. This 2 guy is your biggest enemy and if u are laneing agents one of them always get Tenacity and never engage into them if their ult is up or have more life than you.
