Viktor Top Objectives

Viktor Top has a very strong Poke with his Q so you need to use it every time, stacking your kleptomancy (Q + AA) and zoning the enemy top laner. Your first Viktor uprgrade (Hex Core) will be in your Q, that's up your speed when you use it and the shield.
Every build you do, you will have a great kite with your Q and a lot of sustain.
You can change the items or mix it to make the best build for your game, feel free to create.

Second Runes

You can use Phase Rush too with Viktor, you will get a strong escape with these runes. But, Viktor loses his Item stacking power and his extra gold by not using Kleptomancy
