Hello everyone, my name is Eepblob! I'm a high elo solo-que player. I've been playing League of Legends since 2011. I hit Challenger in Season 5 and now currently in Season 7, I'm the #1 Taliyah player in North America and the #1 Taliyah support player in the world.

This is a quick guide of Taliyah support, which has proven to be both very fun and successful for myself. I play Taliyah because I highly enjoy the champion, not because she is a meta pick. She is a non-meta champion but I've found success skillfully playing her in the bot lane. Whether you've been playing Taliyah for a long time or a short while, this guide may prove to make an impact and better your Taliyah play-style. For runes, utilize these universal AP support runes (Can use for any AP support Ex. Morgana, Nami, Brand etc..) These runes are very heavily centered around the early game. The flat armor, health and ability power runes are heavily focused on levels 1-6. It allows to trade damage with the enemy while not being to "squishy". Taliyah, depending on the matchup, will need to be aggressive in lane. Overall, you want these runes to help you obtain an advantage over the enemy team before laning phase ends. (Refer to runes above for correct runes to use. Also refer to the "notes" tab in the runes section for more information).

For Taliyah support there are a couple key differences that should be noted. The masteries I use are 12/18/0 and are shown above. Much of it is similar to mid lane Taliyah but there are a few important changes that I made and I explain it in detail within the "notes" tab by the masteries up above.

Pros

High early game damage, poke and lane presence.

Can displace priority targets with W. (Great for laning phase)

Can separate an enemy from the rest of his/her team with her ultimate,
thus initiating a teamfight in your favor.

Can be built as a mage/support (Buying some AP items and support items
which provides the best of both worlds). (Refer to build above).

Taliyah can wall off priority objectives such as: towers, baron, dragon and champions to make it easier for your team to obtain or kill.

There are NONE. ZIP, ZERO, IT'S PERFECT.. Ok, moving on.......

Wait, actually there might be a few..

Cons

Playing behind as Taliyah support, as with any champion, can be difficult.

Taliyah has no support abilities (Ex. Karma E, Nami W, Soraka W, etc).

Using Taliyah wall may negatively effect your own teammates instead of the enemy team. One must practice using her wall correctly.

People may see this as a "troll" pick in the support role.

ALWAYS IGNITE and FLASH. Unless you have an obsession with exhaust, ALWAYS PICK IGNITE FOR KILL PRESSURE. That is all.
