Kindred is very problematic from start to finish. They can kite you at all points in the game and if you get on top of them they will be saved by R. You can't keep following their dashes with Q because their Q has a much lower cooldown. They also have very high damage.
Jax
Typically not in the jungle, but he will give you a very hard time regardless. He scales much better than you and his E has a very low cooldown later.
Anivia
There isn't much to say here. You can't move. If you get on top of her she has what I like to call ap sterak's (seraph's embrace) and her passive.
Darius
He can be a threat if he gets 5 stacks, E doesn't do anything because true damage is ... well, true damage. You can't easily escape once he catches you. He can also cancel your R with his E if timed properly.
Garen
He is a champion that if he gets too close he can burst you down and there isn't much you can do about it if you are silenced. Like Darius, his true damage is a problem. His Q can cancel your R if timed properly.
Cho'Gath
Similar to Garen, but he can't burst you down by himself very easily.
Udyr
One of the few champions that can 1v1 you early on. The reason being he doesn't get low on health very easily and even if he does he is still very tanky and he can run away no problem.
Fiddlesticks
A good fiddlesticks is always more useful than you. You can easily die from his team if you get caught in his ultimate. He himself also has pretty good damage. Oh and force of nature has been nerfed to the ground.
Cassiopeia
Similar to Anivia, but you can dodge her ultimate with your ultimate and pin her down for your team to kill. Good cass players are a real problem and won't easily allow that to happen.
Annie
Bursts you. Hard to get away from Tibbers.
Olaf
After level 6 he becomes a major problem. He can either run you down or run down your team instead and all you can do is watch.
Ivern
CCs you, shields himself, shields allies.
Vayne
Kites you kinda like Kindred. At least if you pin her down your team can kill her. You can dodge her E with your Q.
Nilah
Very high damage and also has a Jax E?! Wtf rito...
Gragas
A good gragas can throw you around and his team can easily finish you after. He can get Warwick into really bad positions.
Kai'Sa
Just op right now. Also very mobile and goes invisible.
Mordekaiser
The thing about Mordekaiser is if you don't dodge his E and R he has pretty good damage and can take you down. Obviously you can build spirit visage and/or wit's end to make it easier.
Nocturne
Pro tip: take stridebreaker to proc his shield.
Bel'Veth
Very high damage, a lot of damage reduction.
Ekko
He has very good damage. If he is ahead he can even burst you through your E. He can always nope out with his R, make sure to not follow it with Q and avoid being in his R in general. He can dodge your E fear with his R.
Sejuani
Strong frontline you can't burst down, hard to reach the backline.
Viego
If he gets out of hand he is a nightmare. Otherwise you lock him down and kill him.
Karthus
Outscales you and if you kill him you can still easily die because now you might have nowhere to heal from. Also rip force of nature.
Rammus
Really not as bad as people make it. Bork here is out of the question. Avoid having too much attack speed, and build something like wit's end and abyssal mask (not force of nature though), one of the few situations where abyssal is useful. Get pta instead of lethal tempo. There is also the forbidden art of rageblade if you are feeling hot.
Malphite
Kind of like Rammus but slightly easier to deal with.
Shaco
He can be a pain in the ***. Keep in mind that his clone will not be marked by W if he is below 50% hp and there will be no trail behind it! Also, only the real shaco will be marked by the W active.
Zed
Op right now, his W is very fast and has a very low cooldown making him very hard to catch. He builds black cleaver and always has good damage.
Heimerdinger
Heimerdinger.
Zac
Kind of like Sejuani but not as bad, you can dodge his Q, E and R with Q.
