WillumpNA's Tank Nunu Guide

By Coccaa
About me
I'm WillumpNA and I'm a hardstuck gold player. I've been playing league since season 8. I main Nunu & Willump, Nocturne, and Vi but Nunu & Willump is my goto. Even though I main these champs, I play other junglers like Elise and Kindred though I do not main them. I am a very small streamer who streams when I can at https://twitch.tv/coccaaa
Pathing
Pretty standard, whenever I'm on red side I full clear my Blue Buff, Wolf, then Gromp. You should be done at around 2:20 if cleared efficiently. At this time, Rift Scuttler should be up but skip it for now. Look on the minimap and see how well your bot lane is doing. If they are being shoved into turret, this would be a good time to gank. If they are the ones pushing the enemy in, just clear Rift Scuttler. If you're looking to gank, start your Biggest Snowball Ever! when in between the middle of the river and the right bush. If you get a kill here, bot lane most likely wins if they are competent enough. Look to gank a couple more times in the early game to ensure they get the Tower. If the first gank was successful, your Wolf might be back up depending on how long it took. If they are up, get your wolves, then back. If they aren't up, obviously just back. Buy your first back items and some Control Wards (if you have the money). Now you should be looking to clear your red side. Go Red Buff first, then Raptors. Skip Krugs. Krugs take way too long to clear with Nunu & Willump even if he can eat the *****. After clearing your Red Buff and Raptors, just quickly check if the enemy jungler took top Scuttler. If not, get it. If so, walk behind the baron pit and gank from the river, starting your Biggest Snowball Ever! at the bush above baron pit. Note: only do this if the enemy top laner is pushed up. You could do it if they are slightly pushed up in the middle of river or a little behind river to burn their Flash but it isn't always encouraged. If you have a bruiser champion with good dmg and health like Darius, Renekton, or Sett, you can probably dive them under tower and you both will survive. Now, that was a lot. On to the blue side. When on the blue side, start Red Buff with your bot lane, then clear Raptors, and head straight to Blue Buff, starting your Biggest Snowball Ever! at the choke (the little entry in front of Blast Cone and Wolf). Once you have Blue Buff, it should be a bit easier to take Gromp. After that, even if crab is up, gank top lane. Same thing as I said earlier. If your top lane is competent and the enemy is pushed up, it's a free kill (or they burn Flash). If they are slightly pushed up past their tower, but behind river, you may be able to burn their Flash. Only turret dive if you have a bruiser top laner like mentioned. From there, you can get Scuttler, maybe gank mid, and back. If the enemy contests crab, ask for help from your top laner since you will almost never be able to 1v1 a jungler early game with Nunu & Willump. You can still contest, however. Your Consume combo'd with Smite is basically double Smite. Just execute that quick lil combo and you should be able to get crab. If your top laner comes, fight that. If he doesn't just run for the hills.
Objectives
Nunu & Willump's objective control is pretty good. You can take Drake level 4 as long as you have vision of enemy jungler. You can still take it even if you don't have vision if you're risky, but be prepared to Consume Smite at the correct time. If you try to take Drake and the enemy contests, either run or wait for your team to assist you. You can survive for a bit by Consume Smiteing the drake, but you will eventually die to the enemy jungler. Please keep in mind, when I say Nunu can't 1v1, that means he can't 1v1 champs like Lee Sin, Vi, Olaf, etc. If someone like Amumu comes to contest your drake, just ignore him, you can literally just take drake and sustain his attacks. All you really need to know is the combo Consume Smite and you're pretty much good to go.
Thanks for reading
Im kind of a noob still since I'm only gold but thanks for reading regardless, I know higher rank Nunu & Willump guides will probably be more reliable but just wanted to make this to share with people if they need some help on Nunu & Willump. Thanks ^_^
