Introduction
Hello! Welcome to my build guide for 
Ahri. As you can probably tell from the title, the goal of this build is to maximize Ahri's side-laning/split-pushing potential as well as her movement speed. I made this build completely for fun, so have fun with it!
I should start off by saying that the goal of this build is NOT to get kills! Ahri does not have amazing AP scaling compared to her counterparts, so she is better suited to a utility-providing playstyle. With this build, you will provide utility by drawing pressure towards the side lanes and away from your team. You may even take a couple structures down with you before making your speedy retreat!
I created this build because Ahri has insane kiting potential with the movement speed boost from her Fox-Fire and the three dashes from her Spirit Rush. Combine those with items and runes, and Ahri becomes an uncatchable fox.
