If you've ever noticed that glyphs are high on MR, and Seals are high on Armor, compared to other runes. It's a typical trend with them, so I usually take advantage of it to improve efficient or greater use of the stats. Feel free to exchange scaling with strait stat runes of course, I just like the scaling due to the higher bonus. Everybody uses caution especially at the beginning of a game anyways.
