ngl it might sound stupid but i think a little bit of everything is allways good

i think volibear is a very underated op champ that can destroy your passive and can really snowball you

when it comes to build its a matter what you are against
if its movement ranged champ= iceborn or maybe anatehma first and then they do 0 dmg
if its tank= sunfire and then what ever you feel like (if AP top lane then go the ap cinder item)
if its brusir and you are the weak player= just farm and aim for anathema
