Is like saying you can't outplay a lvl 30 guy with a lvl 15 account. both statements are pretty uneducated.[/quote]

[/quote] We're talking about what is viable in general not if it is viable to stomp people who are like waaay worse than you. I can stomp noobs with ap taric top or with ap gangplank mid. That doesn't mean it is good.[/quote]
