I build boots > ring x2 > deathcap > scepter > hourglass, sometimes with a lucky pick tossed in.

@ Evildice video: Jax dove the fountain. That's the only reason we lost that last fight. Fatel was saying like "go guys, we can fight them" so we thought it was a 5v5. Instead, Fatel died to the fountain. Then it was a 4v5. So I blame Fatel for that.

And more so junglers often never need flat out "armor + damage".
If you're fed get a BF item / trinity force
If you're doing okay get aura items (aegis / froheart, etc)
In your situation I woulda just gotten a bloodthirster if you were doing well or a frozen heart if not.
Can't really explain properly; do some research on atma's and look at what pro players say bout it.
