Best way to Counter Shyvana

Reason being, Shyv can consistently push Shen to tower where he has difficulty farming. Also when he uses ult Shyv can push very quickly denying Shen 3-4 waves of CS. Edit: You don't have to kill your lane opponent to win the lane.[/quote]
