Actually I've heard this from a friend, and TF is getting some major buffs. His Q will move faster then it does now, and he will also recieve a range buff (I will take the ult nerf for that buff). That is what I know for right now.

hmm I felt a bit mixed on this.. I personally own both champions and well i stopped playing pantheon cause hes so UP now... TF however is still a fav of mine, and i just love backdooring and position with him...... as long as they buff his damage or mobility im happy..
