Teemo doesn't have his removed yet...Blinds only gimp a specific style of champion heavily (ones that rely soley on auto attacks to deal damage), so why would they bother dealing with the two champions that have them?
Silence effects almost every champion harshly.
Fiddlesticks' silence can either be BS or really bad depending on the RNG and factored involved.

1.2 seconds minimum is nothing to laugh at, especially considering he can combine it with his fear.

Rengar treatment, eh? You mean were they "rework" him but ultimately keep his core toxic kit in tact and make him deal more damage than previously?

They made him deal more damage in the lategame anyways IIRC and you're super squishy if you do try to assassinate someone, with no way of getting out again.
