On another note, the op states the inhouses start at 19:45 CEST but I believe it actually starts at 19:45 CET at the moment (it's winter time now).

Removed signups of two users who weren't eligible based on their amount of wins. Added some info the EUW signup sheet to (hopefully) make this clear to all users signing up in the future.
As a sidenote, there are only 3 signups for the EUW inhouses of this week so far. Unfortunately, I will not be hosting any games if that doesn't improve (drastically) within the next 24 hours. Sign up people! :)
