Cost efficiency doesn't completely invalidate the purchase of certain items. If it did, every tank/bruiser would build the same warmogg's frozen heart etc builds, every AD carry would build PD and I.E every game, etc. And that's fine, I know none of you will agree. I'm just simply stating that I think stacking items aren't as bad as people make them out to be.[/quote]

[/quote] A support might be able to afford Levi and continue on building other items, where a solo laner can build the mog's. Costs need to be compared as well.[/quote]
