what is stronger: blade of the ruined king or...

[/quote] so what about a character like vayne? would it be stronger seeing that her w already deals massive damage and could shred through health pretty fast?[/quote]

In order to kill someone from 100 to nothing, with silver bolts alone, you have to attack or use sills on them 39 times. Doesn't include any AD or base damages.
