Cool, thanks for the info everyone!
What about masteries though? I just played aram vs an Annie that had a lot of health, which made me think that maybe she didn't go for the usual 21-0-9 masteries. She did pretty well.
Her items at the end were
Rod of Ages,
Sorcerer's Shoes,
Void Staff and a
Tear of the Goddess. She ended up having the least amount of deaths in her team, so maybe she went 9-21-0 in masteries???

I build her with her traditional build... BUT i abuse that stun... i don't have my stun,i load it up then go back in with team... That stun is ridiculous especially in Aram where 1 or more teammembers are stunned can net your team 1-2 kills if not more. I use my w and e to charge up for my stun. Then it stuns everywheres:D

Maybe, but 21 in offense is always good on annie, even when builded tankier she will normally still have more damage than tankyness which makes the offensive tree better.
I usully like to go 21/2/7 or 21/9/0 on some AP Carries in Aram.
Why 21/2/7?
9 points in utility are not a must have in ARAM because there is no blue buff for you on this map.
With 7 points in utility I can grab everything that I need: Lower flash CD, Mana Reg and lower Summoner Spell CD or more Mana.
The last 2 points can be used to get some health per Level which can help you survive. If you want you can also put them in utility if you want.
With Annie I grab 21/2/7.
Tot the build:
Rather tons of burst with some sustain or a bit more tankyness.
If you find yourself focused a lot you can build more tankier, but if they don´t focus you at all just go for more damage and blow them all up.
I have the most fun playing Annie when I get two
Twin Shadows. Just can't beat the cheap cost for movespeed ap and mr with a kage's pick in the build for the safety against failure.
I was one of those people who used to love to get a couple of zeals just for the move speed in normals and customs, back when it was the only affordable option on annie.
I prefer defensive masteries(9-21-0) on annie to make the most of her molten shield and to keep her from getting instagibbed before she can zhonya. You can also get defensive runes as long as you have magic pen/hybrid for at least 5armor and magic pen but aram is more for kills so you will probably want all ap.

Umm. I'm new here, so I'm not sure if you guys would like my input, but for me, Rod of Ages isn't THAT useful in ARAM.
It takes time to charge, time that you really can't waste, I've seen and played ARAM matches that end in 15 minutes, so wasting 10 minutes waiting for an item to charge is just slightly peculiar. I'm not saying it's a bad item, I just prefer to play ARAM in a run and gun style.
I'd think something along the line of sustainability and damage.
For example, Chalice of Harmony, Will of Ancients, Rab's Deathcap, Void Staff, Zhonya's and Anything with Health Regen. ARAM builds should have regeneration and a tad of Armor/Magic Penetration on them.
Again, I'm new here, but I love theory crafting, so if there's something wrong with this, correct me?
Thank you. :)
