what is health multiplier ?
"Health multiplier" is the same as +X%. In this case, it's +25% bonus HP. This means all HP from items, masteries, runes, and anything else besides your champion's base HP (natural HP from leveling up).
An example of this is say you had Enchantment: Cinderhulk and Randuin's Omen. These items give you 800 (bonus) HP. 1/4 of 800 is 200, so Cinderhulk's passive adds 200 HP on top of its static 300. So if you had these two items, you'd actually gain 1000 HP.
