What exactly is the best item for sustain after getting yoummu's ghostblade as first item considering you have the warlords mastery? (Particularly on Quinn)

, you're looking for a crit item and since no crit item has life steal built in; The crit item you could get after Youmuu's Ghostblade is Essence Reaver. If you're looking for straight out sustain outside of crit, your best bet is Bloodthirster.
