I made a change in the items that will be displayed under the guide name in the list but the items under the guide name didnt change. Mobafire list refreshes once a day and thats why it doesnt show the change or is it a bug?

Make sure you Publish the changes to your guide or else your changes won't appear for other users. It could be a caching problem, but if it still doesn't update after a while, PM me a link to your guide and I'll look into it.
