Statikk Shiv and Draven

Ok, this is a legit question as I cannot find any confirmation on it.

:
"At 100 charges, your next attack expends the charges to deal 100 magic damage to up to 4 targets. This damage can critically strike."

:
"Draven's critical strikes deal 30 + (4 × level) bonus physical damage over 4 seconds."

Does the lightning proc on multiple targets? Or does it just not, because it's magic damage? I'm curious as I'm weighing the pros and cons of this and on him. If it does proc his passive, it definitely beats out

Pretty sure it will not, since 's lightning does not proc on-hit effects.

And is 's passive considered on hit? it's a conditional effect.

Hmm, guess I'll have to test it, it's one of those weird things no one really ever cared to notice.

I believe it can because the lightning can crit which would be a critical strike, but what Psi says might be true

edit: actually on second thought because it says "Draven's critical strikes" I don't believe it would apply because the crit would be considered from the active of Statik Shiv
