I am still not familiar with mid and jungler, but I can really agree with your tiers here. And the points you stated on champions? They are really useful not only for rent but even for draft pick so... I think I will save this tier as a guide for when the moment when I decide to play ranked...
I wonder if your list has changed since 2017. I would like to know how this changed since then and since new champions were released.

Gotta agree with Hadbre and say that from this to now, bearly anything has changed. I could look at this tier list today and would have though it was a season 10 tier list, except for some exceptions that have changed, like Ivern.

Im going to comapare this to how it is now. (I wanted to see little older tier lists for comparison, so i guess you wont read this)
It is quite weird to be honest, this is quite accurate if you ask me, expect support. And a lot of people say that is bad, and as I disagree with this, i am happy that you mentioned him!
