I wish I can see a victorious skin for Miss Fortune... I don't like Miss Fortune skins in general, so, I really hope that they'll do a great skin for her, I'll play Ranked just for Victorious Miss Fortune
Victorious Lulu will be professionally cute xD
I hope your predictions will be right, I doubt that for Soraka since she is just getting a prestige skin...

The discussion is kinda inactive but I think it's going to be Bard, since he was highly present in pro-play and in solo/duo.

Personally I'd love to see the Caitlyn victorious skin (Cait main heheeeh) but sadly I think her meta was after the choose of the victorious skin (but I keep hoping). Also my guesses would be Miss Fortune or Lucian.

Sona was never played in pro-play (except of the Lux/Sona meta but this one didn't last long enough/ also was too late I think). In general she is just a low elo solo queue champ in my opinion. Nami is also too solo queue based and not present in pro-play ( 2 games on 50% wr).

Lucian / Lulu is a good guess, since they are popular champs in solo queue and pro-play that got an high presence this season. Soraka could it be as well but I'll just go on instinct and beg that it won't be her, because she is going to have a prestige skin soon.

And maybe some general information about the criteria that riot has for the victorious skins:

-Have another skin coming out soon. We try to spread out skin content across our whole champion pool rather than drop a bunch of skins for one champ at the same time.
-Have a very small number of skins. Since the Victorious Skin can’t be attained by everyone, we don’t want that to feel like the only skin your favorite champ gets.
-Have a big balance change incoming. This is definitely the hardest criteria to figure out because balance can be fluid and we’re trying to predict the state of the game six months or so in advance.

Hey Eveevii,
I'm sorry for the late reply and it somewhat feels a bit bad to reply now since we already know it's gonna be . But you've put quite a bit of effort into your comment so it would be worse to not answer at all.

I think that definitely could have gotten the Victorious skin as well since we've seen a few buffs and nerfs throughout the season. But apparently was in a worse state and still made it to be played again in higher elo.
Since I'm a support main, I obviously really wanted to see a support receive a Victorious skin again but maybe next season. That might have biased my tier list quite a bit there. xD

Considering is getting a prestige skin very soon, I would doubt she's going to get a victorious skin, same kinda applies to and as well. could be something though, I wonder how that would look.

Hey Fruxo,
sorry for the very late reply.
Since we already know it's gonna be , we also know that a Prestige skin isn't taken into account for receiving a Victorious skin which is a new and interesting information we gained there, if you're asking me. He definitely earned it though since he's been constantly nerfed and buffed throughout the entire season.
Are you happy with that choice though? I'd be quite interested in finding out about your personal opinion. :)

If I were to go by personal opinion then I would of loved more with the victorious skin since I play her more or just any of the other champions that I play. But nevertheless will be fine I think.

Personally I'd hate any of these champs (besides Lulu) to get a victorious skin, but they are the most likely, sadly.

But doesn't get a prestige skin in September that will be available until Oktober, just a few weeks before the Victorious tease? got his prestige skin much earlier in January 2019 and it was created before the Victorious skin decision. As far as I understand, the Victorious champion has already been chosen in the first half of the year.

Ask Riot! 2017: "We start looking at options for the Victorious Skin in the Spring. Making any skin takes time, but the Victorious Skin is also teased one month before it’s released. With this in mind, we need to plan ahead for the Victorious skin, especially in comparison to a normal skin." "Have another skin coming out soon. We try to spread out skin content across our whole champion pool rather than drop a bunch of skins for one champ at the same time."

thank you for your comment. Your point is quite right. I didn't really consider the Prestige skins. My bad! I'll fix that immediately. Furthermore, I'll also kick because he's a very new champion and I remember them stating that they won't give or try not to create Victorious skins for champions with a rather low skin pool.

It'll most likely be an ADC, As all the other roles have had 2 victorious skins, and ADC only has Sivir. Aphelios and Ezreal have had nearly 100% presence in pro play, Caitlyn is another viable option.

Hey CaptainIano,
I wonder who you figure to be the second support though? Because in my opinion - and please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong -, is a top laner, used to be jungle back in season 7, is a mid laner and is a top laner as well. I'm not sure why or if they broke that pattern of giving one skin per role in a complete set of 5 seasons or whether or were counted for the bottom lane. o.o What are your ideas on that?

Nautilus can't be this season's Victorious pick since he is the one getting the Conqueror skin this year.

Ok but most of the champs listed here do not have competitive play presence. As someone who watches a lot of pro play, it'll be a popular pick in both pro play and solo queue. If its gonna be a marksman, Id say Ezreal, Mf, or Aphelios. If its a support it'll be something like senna or a cc champ like naut. But since they hate adcs in 2020 it'll probably be another lux skin /s.

thank you so much for sharing your opinion! You actually caught me there, I don't really watch pro play (anymore) because I don't have much time to do so. I will add , and along with to the list. is somewhat popular but she got quite some skins recently so I wonder if they'd actually give her another one.. And if it's a skin... well let's not talk about that. xD But I don't think it will be since she got two legendaries recently and I don't see her being played a lot. In general they just give her skins because there's apparently many who like playing her and are willing to buy skins. Got a few my own (guilty).

I would loooove a Victorious skin for any of these champs. (Not that I'm in the running for one this year, but...) Especially a Caitlyn or Draven, I think a victorious for either of them would be SO on point! They all are, but, hey.

I'm happy you're agreeing with my assumptions. I'd totally love to see a Victorious Sona or Caitlyn even tho I'm more of a Nami/Janna main right now. But it would be sooo amazing. *-* But we'll have to wait some more months to know who's gonna get it. What if your favorite champion were to get the Victorious skin tho? Still not going for it?

I would probably cry if Jinx or Yuumi got it. I still can't even access ranked yet (I'm over level 30, but need like, three more champions to unlock it), and with how not-pro I am at the game and how many folks are better than I am, I just don't feel like I have a shot, not at gold anyway. I think I'd even be a little down if it was Sona. Regardless, though, I'm still really excited to see who gets it and how it'll look!

I've been waiting to years to see a support get a victorious skin again. Just any from my champion pool would actually just make me tremendously happy. >_< So would be amazing but I don't think it's gonna be her since she only got two skins and Riot once stated that champions with a very limited skin choice will very likely not get the victorious skin.
But I'm earnestly hope it's gonna be a support or ADC this season. :<

About your champion issue: Can you not just get cheaper ones in order to start playing Ranked? I'm sure you wouldn't be doing too bad.

I won't bank on a victorious Yuumi… ever /n\ I don't think she'll ever have the popularity of some of the other, more mained or high elo support champs. She's also still very new, which is going to make it a long road to acquire the same amount of skins as, say, Lux. Me too, though, even if I don't get it.

I can? I just don't want to buy champions I'll never use. :< But, I do appreciate the advice and it's honestly not a bad idea. (I could also just focus on the champs I want that *aren't* a whole ton '^-^)

She was pretty popular in high elo plays tho. Not sure about the current state but she's still permanently banned.

Well it was just an idea because I'm guessing in the end you'll still try to have all champs and maybe there's some nicer picks among the "cheaper" champions for you as well. :) Like does have a huge carry potential and is probably the best split pushing ADC.

I would love to see her *un*banned so I could play her more often, but the only thing that would do that for her is to rip her kit apart entirely, and I'd hate to see that. I love playing Yuumi the way she is!

Oh totally! I've been told I would have a good time playing Soraka so I've been looking into her, and I already have Sivir from falling in love with her after one game of ARAM. And technically, as of today, I qualify! I took your advice and picked up Ashe (I've never played her but I feel like she's such a staple that I'd like to), and Camille was on sale for *just* enough BP that I randomly had on hand. (Guess I may as well try for whatever Victorious skin is headed our way, right?)

I'm pretty sure its going to be ADC. I have seen more Caitlyn than Draven, so in my opinion, Caitlyn will get the victorious skin.

I honestly hope so much, that a bot laner ( or ) will get the Victorious skin this season. It's been soooo long since they got one (last one was and before for . In other words, I think it would only be fair if the skin went to either of the two roles.

You're right about being played more frequently than , but I think it's not only about the frequency a champion is played. There's many different factors that will contribute into Riot picking an "appropriate" champion, or so they stated at least. In the end there's still more than a hundred different choices and possibilities. But as I've said, it'd only be fair if it was an ADC or a support champion who's gonna get it this season.

Well usually Riot had a thing for balance: 5 seasons = 5 victorious skins, 1 for each role you can play.
But with the last season 9, they broke that kind of "balance". It was quite crazy and surprising for many people (at least to those that I talked to) when the was revealed. Do you know their reasons why got it? In order to the "balance" it would've been fairer if a support or ADC had gotten the skin.
