"IMO, mana regen seals and ap glyphs is situational, replace it with armor seals and mr glyphs. annie isnt that mana hungry and your masteries alr have mana regen in utility. As for mr glyphs, annie is squishy so if she doesn't have any mr, she could be melted as fast as like u r near a sun, "
