When you are stuck in a rut as jungler there are some actions you can take to help get yourself squared away again.

Champion Guides

-Go find a guide on your favorite champion, read it, and if you have any questions ask the guide author.

-Make sure your itemization, runes, and ability/lvl choices are up to date.

Picking up Farsight Alteration if you are behind and don't have control of you own jungle. I think at least one person on you team should keep a sweeper such as your support with a Sightstone, but the rest of the team can pepper the map with Farsight Alterations in order to keep tabs on the enemies movements.
