Hey :) i'm new in League of Legends and my english is very bad, but i hope you can understand me :P

My question is ( and i searched a similar topic, but no answer) the Server EU WEST is OFFLINE. Coudl someone say why? I'm wondering, because in the annountsments is no Server restart etc. written.

?

I used to play on EUNE.

Then I went mainstream and changed to EUW.
