I recommend using
Dark Harvest when playing Nunu & Willump Midlane, because im kinda sure you will get many stacks when roaming.If you dont wanna use
Dark Harvest you can use Predator or Aftershock. Predator is very good rune too and you can use it for roaming! Aftershock is good if you wanna be more tanky!
Nunu & Willump is actually very strong in Middle lane even though Nunu & Willump is usually roled as TANK Jungle. You can roam really fast, easily and do much damage even though you are tanky.

TIPS!
When you go ROAMING you can break Honeyfruit and use your Biggest Snowball Ever! and pick some fruits for BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED.
You will ROOT enemies around you after you have used your Snowball Barrage.
You can spin in lane with your Biggest Snowball Ever! and use it to kill ALL MINIONS on lane! Also you can use that for your enemies to make more damage!
If you are really close to die, you can use your Absolute Zero, which will give you shield (+150% of Ability Power) and also do much DAMAGE to ENEMIES around you.
Using your Consume will give you much health, because it scales from 56% of Ability Power and 8% of bonus Health.
