introduction
seraphine is quite versatile and can go for a damage oriented build or a utility buffer build. she is very squishy tho, and quite weak pre-6.

runes
Resolve Tree is really good for scaling safely and Guardian fits her kit really well. Take Font of Life when against heavy poke or when playing with hypercarries to proc Ardent/Staff more consistently. Otherwise, run Shield Bash for survivability and lane damage. Conditioning is a really good rune, but take Second Wind/Bone Plating in hard lanes. Second Wind vs poke and Bone Plating vs engage.
