This build is to see enemy adc explode in 3 hits, its for fun. Sword of the divine in early game can destroy their adc, even if they dont die they will definitely be low enough to have to base and make them fall behind. Your damage can fall around mid game, thats what botrk is for, the 15% hp shred makes sure that your target dies in 3 hits, if not then pick it up with your ult. You have to be very careful when sword is on cd, but seeing as it is very likely youll kill someone with it, the cd will only be 30 sec.
