Yeah the Reworked Xin Zhao just came out and most of the people find the new W is the best skill shot for Xin Zhao to poke enemies. However I figured the new passive gives him the healing factor scales 40% AP instead of 25% in the last Xin Zhao (correct me if I'm wrong). Basically he has Warwick's Passive, and if you build AP + attack speed, he will be just like Azir (whom is reworked as well). So I think why don't we come up with a nice AP build for this Chinese boi.
I checked the stats in one of my games with AP Xin Zhao with this full build: Healing done - 34577, and Damage Taken - 54139, about 3 out of 5. So fcking ridiculous. And also this is one way to deal mixed damage to the enemies.
I'm really new to Mobafire and not a pro also, so I can't really tell you how this works or if this really works. But the build is very worth trying.
